WoW Fishing Guide! Empty
PostSubject: WoW Fishing Guide!   WoW Fishing Guide! EmptyTue Dec 13, 2011 8:25 pm

Getting Started - For the beginner. Basics and skill.
The reasons you should learn to fish.
Why Fish?

Fishing is not an essential professional skill. Many citizens of Azeroth lead happy and for filled lives without ever catching a fish. But there are plenty of good reasons to fish. Here is a summary:

It is classed as a secondary profession. This means learning to fish does not limit what other professions you may learn.
It can be relaxing. It gives space to think or socialise between adventures or battles.
It is a good source of food, including food that gives "buffs" ((bonuses to attributes)).
It can provide a modest gold income for little risk.
It complements other professions, for example:
Cooking - most fish can be cooked.
Alchemy - some reagents can only be gained by fishing.
Others - some catches can be used in other manufacturing professions. For example, cloth for Tailoring. The main source of materials for those professions is not fishing.
Hunters can use fish as an easy source of pet food.
It allows certain achievements to be completed.
It rewards certain minipets and mounts.
It opens up some extra quests, and allows a few dungeon creatures to be summoned.
In spite of these benefits, the main requirement for enjoying fishing is patience. Some people have patience, and some do not...

you can lvl you fishing everywhere...
to get easy started whit a fishing pole u should use : Nat's Lucky Fishing Pole
who can easy be obtained by a easy qeust from : Nat Pagle(in Dustwallow Marsh)

also these mounts can drop rarely from fishing
Sea Pony from fishing in open water around the darkmoon flaire isaland
Sea Turtle is fishing pool's in cataclsym zone's

but also for the Raid buff feast poeple need the next mats:
Lavascale Catfish
Highland Guppy
Fathom Eel

that make's those mats easy to sell and wanted by buyers so u can count on a big price for them.

This Fishing guide will show you the fastest and easiest way how to level Fishing from 1 to 525. Updated for WoW patch 4.3

You'll discover that it requires a lot of patience and time to build your skill level up to the maximum level. You will have to catch about 3000 fish to get from start to finish.

You can skill up your fishing from 1 to 525 in any fishable water. This means you can stand in Orgrimmar all day long and get skillups on your fishing at the same rate as you would in a higher level zone. What decides your skillups is the number of successful catches.

From level 1 to 75 you will get a skillpoint on pretty much every successful catch, this will decrease as your skill gets higher and from 300 to 525 you will need to do more than 10 successful catches for each skill point gained. The following equation gives a rough estimate:

(Current Fishing Skill - 75) / 25 = Rough number of successful catches for a skill-up.

If you are low on gold, I recommend you to try this Gold Making Guide, it can help you to make loads of gold.

If you are still leveling your character or you just started a new alt, I recommend you to use a leveling guide. You can level your character to Level 85 in 5 days with this Guide.

Well, this fishing leveling guide will be pretty easy.

Check out my Fishing and Cooking leveling guide if you want to level fishing and cooking together. That guide is a lot more detailed.

First, visit any trainer in the main cities of old Azeroth - just ask a guard, and learn Fishing Apprentice.
Buy a Fishing Pole, it's sold by trade goods vendors and fishing suppliers.
Go to the nearest water, and fish from skill 1 to 525.
Do not forget to visit your fishing trainer when you reach skill 75, 150, 225, 375 and 450!
That's it. You can fish anywhere, even in zones where your fishing skill is too low. You will mostly catch junk, but your fishing skill will increase if you catch something, it does not matter if it's a fish or some junk.

I hope u enjoy my guide farao Peace!
